Contacts

Contacts (/dashboard/contacts) is your customer list. People who message you across Instagram DMs, Messenger, WhatsApp, or email are added here automatically, so every conversation ties back to a real customer record.

Calendar

Calendar (/dashboard/calendar) is where you schedule and view appointments — test drives, viewings, and follow-ups.

Troubleshooting

A customer isn’t in Contacts. Contacts are created when someone messages you on a connected channel, or you can add them manually. Make sure the relevant inbox is connected.
