Scheduling & publishing

After you click Save on a post, the Share panel opens. From here you choose where it goes and when.

Choose your platforms

Tick the platforms you want to publish to — Instagram, Facebook, and/or TikTok. Each shows how the post will appear (single photo, multi-photo, or carousel). You need at least one platform selected to publish.

Only accounts you’ve connected will appear as options. If a platform is missing, connect it first: Facebook & Instagram or TikTok.

Write your caption

Edit the caption in the text box. It may come pre-filled with a suggested caption — adjust it to match your voice, add hashtags, and double-check the price and details.

Post now or schedule for later

  • Post now: leave scheduling off and click Post to ….
  • Schedule: turn on Schedule for later, pick a date and time, then click Schedule to ….

Publish

Click the button. You’ll see a short “Publishing…” state, then a confirmation. Scheduled posts appear under Upcoming; published posts move to History.

Other options in the Share panel

  • Download — save the post as a PNG image to use anywhere (no account needed).
  • Copy link — copy a shareable link to the rendered post.

Track your results

  • History shows everything you’ve posted, with the platforms and time sent.
  • Insights shows engagement (likes, comments, shares) for posts published to connected accounts.

Publishing or scheduling failed for one platform but not another? The Share panel shows a per-platform error so you can fix just that one and retry.
