Settings & Billing
Settings live in two places, reached from the user menu in the top-right corner:
- My Profile — your personal account settings. Everyone has these.
- Settings — your brand’s settings. Available to brand admins and owners.

My Profile
Open My Profile (/dashboard/profile). It has three tabs:
- My Profile — your name, email, company, phone, and avatar.
- Integrations — connect your accounts (see Integrations).
- Auto-Posting — turn on and tune Auto-posting and Aging listings.
Brand Settings
Open Settings (/dashboard/settings) to manage the brand itself:
- Members — your team and their roles.
- Settings — your brand’s logo, colours, and name (see Setting up your brand).
- Plan / Tier, Payment Methods, Billing & Invoices — your plan and billing.
- Email Domain — a custom sending domain for email.
- Transaction Settings — the stages and checklists for Transactions.
Only brand admins and owners see Settings. If you open it without those permissions, you’re sent to My Profile instead.
Switching between brands
If you manage more than one dealership (or rooftops under a group), use the brand switcher in the top-left of the header to change which brand you’re working in. Settings always apply to the brand you’re currently in.
